The main goal of the Local Drumbeats Kit is to make it easy for people to organize, run and document local Drumbeat events in cities everywhere. Here's is a quick video:

Participation:

We're looking for experienced event planners and organizers to help write the Drumbeat:Local Kit. Once we have a first draft, we'll also want help from first time local organizers. These people will help test and improve the Kit.

Audience:

The event kit is designed for local Drumbeat organizers. It will be very 'rough and ready' with most content simply being on a wiki for the early stages. The main goal is to get useful stuff into the hands of organizers quickly.

Geography:

Drumbeat Local is global. If you know what we mean. We've already got plans for Drumbeat Sao Paulo, Drumbeat Berlin and Drumbeat Boston. We need this kit to help Drumbeat spread to cities around the world.
