Drumbeat Festival: Register and get involved now!

Today we released a major update to the Mozilla Drumbeat Learning, Freedom and the Web Festival site. There's more info on the program, participants and ways to get involved. And, we're now open for registration! Specific updates include:

  • Updated program info and new links to (contstanly evolving) wiki pages with more program details.
  • Loads of information for those who want to get involved now -- including volunteer opportunities, an open door to propose program ideas, and a scholarship application for those who need support.

We're also launching a new blog here on the main Drumbeat.org/Festival page. The blog will highlight newly confirmed participants and sessions,  and also provide logistical updates including info on hotels. Please subscribe to the feed or visit regularly.

In the coming weeks, we'll also expand the site to include sections for media coverage and logistics for attendees.
